May you be filled with the peace of God that passeth no understanding and comforted by the word of God: Ecclesiastes 3: 1-4, For everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven, a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. Sending warm thoughts and prayers from Fayetteville NC to let you know we are thinking about our Galbreth family there. Our hearts are heavy to hear about our dear Cousin. This is Pam; Aunt Eva’s daughter. Uncle Preston & Aunt Lois Sister. I pray for the Family’s strength at this difficult time. It always seem like we regret not spending enough of time getting to know one another better. John was such a gentle Spirit, the few times I was in his presence I always felt like if I lived closer, he would be one of those Cousins that we would just bond with. Praying for you all.

Johnnie and I go along way back he was a good friend everyone loved him, especially my two children Tina and Tony. Johnnie loved his family very much, he was very proud of his daughter, Aja, who grew up to be a fine wife to Ed and mother to Legend and Preston. I will always have fond memories of Johnnie, he left me with a wonderful gift, our daughter Aja. Looking forward to seeing him again, on earth, in the resurrection. (John 5:28,29 Acts 24:15)

To the family, sorry for your loss. May you have a peace of mind knowing he is not in pain.
I remember Johnny for his smile and friendliness. There was a time I studied the Bible with him, and he learned what the Bible really teach about death and the earthly resurrection. So I look forward to seeing him again.

I’m so extremely sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Johnnie aka my step-dad. This great man was married to my Mom for the first 9 yrs of my life. From this marriage my younger brother, John aka JP(RIP) was born. Johnnie treated me as though I was his biological daughter. I will never forget at the age of 8 yrs old when he took me to my very 1st opera at The Metropolitan Hall of Opera for my bday. He made sure that I was dressed very elegantly. He was so kind and very attentive to my brother and I. I know Johnnie was loved and will be so greatly missed. RIP Dad. Please give JP a big hug and kiss from me.
