CARMEN MILLIE RIVERA (75) passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, September 4, 2021, surrounded by loved ones.
Carmen is predeceased by her daughter Enid. She is survived by her daughters Lizzie and Diana, her son Adrian, and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Carmen raised her children with love and devotion. She was a blessing to those around her, and her memory will continue to be a gift. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. We know she would want the tears we cry to be replaced with the happy memories we share. And, although her passing causes us great pain and grief, we take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace.
The hardest part of losing someone we love isn’t that we have to say goodbye. Rather, it’s learning to live without them. We will always remember her in our hearts, our thoughts, and in the memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the times we fought, and the times we laughed.
We love you, mommy. We will honor your memory by living our lives to the fullest. May you rest in God’s arms until we meet again.

Lizzie and family, so sorry for the loss of your mother. I wish I could have met her. You must understand that grief is the natural response to letting go of someone you love. Loss is part of life and is continuous. Hurt and sadness follow all major losses. It’s going to be hard, you will get though it. I’m trying my hardest. It not easy. Love you Lizzie ( little shoes) Jean

My condolence to the family. She was a great soul with a very understanding attitude for any situation. I will never forget how much she loved her kids and grandsons. She loved her family so much, Not a single day will go by of her asking for the family and her grandkids. Her caring manner was out of this world. She was a Queen at having fun. She made any trips or even just running errands enjoyable. May she rest in peace.
