Richard Taclay sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Richmond University Medical Center at the age of 67.
Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Richard graduated from Curtis High School in 1972 and attended The College of Staten Island. He was a sports fanatic enjoying track and cross country running. He enjoyed traveling throughout the states and seeing what the world had to offer.
Richard is predeceased by his parents, Mariano P. and Carmen Taclay and his brother, Kenneth and sister, Regina.
He is survived by his loving siblings, Mariano J. and Nancy Taclay. His loving aunt and uncle, Nilda and Charlie Flot as well as many nieces and nephews.
