We’re here to share the life and legacy of Jacqueline Anne D’Elia, aka Jackie or Aunt Frackie, who strutted her way to heaven on May 29, 2023, at the age of 77. She was born on the Fourth of July in Staten Island, NY, to the late Philip J. D’Elia Sr. and Rosina D’Elia (Rago). Jackie was a rebel at heart who loved her country so much she left us on Memorial Day..
She was a hoot and a half, with a fiery spirit and a heart of gold. You could always count on Jackie to tell it like it is, even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. She was a loving mom, grandma, aunt, cousin, and friend who would give you the shirt off her back. When she wasn’t busy being a badass, she loved nothing more than basking in the sun with a cigarette in hand and listening to Elvis tunes.
Jackie worked a few jobs over the years, including as a teller at Staten Island Savings Stapleton and a buyer at the Navy exchange. She retired from Ezpass customer service, where she probably told a few customers where to stick it (in the nicest way possible, of course).
Jackie was a proud graduate of PS 13 Rosebank and New Dorp High School, and while she didn’t go to college, she could school anyone in word search playoff.
Jackie was a force to be reckoned with on the softball field, and she loved to curl up with a good book or a word search puzzle.
While Jackie didn’t serve in the military, she had a heart full of admiration and respect for those who did.
Jackie is survived by her son, Kenneth Williamson; daughter-in-law Patrice Williamson; grandson Hunter Williamson; daughter Jodi Reen; son-in-law Daniel Reen; grandsons Daniel and Jackson Reen; nephew Philip J. D’Elia the third; great-nieces Kourtni and Katie D’Elia; and a boatload of cousins, great-nieces, and nephews who will miss her spunky attitude and sharp wit.
We’re planning a kick-ass celebration of Jackie’s life at Cherubini McInerney, where we’ll share stories, laughs, and maybe even a shot of whiskey in her honor. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Heart Disease or the Red Cross in Jackie’s memory.
Rest easy, Jackie. You’ll always be our Queen of Hearts.

It has taken me a few days to get here because I didn’t want it to be real .
I will never forget the day I met you , walking into the building . I didn’t know your story and you didn’t know mine but I thought you were such a beautiful classy lady lol. You were wearing a pretty blouse and skirt all your rings on coming home from work.
I didn’t know that you and your family just lost everything in a house fire and I needed a friend as my parents just split. Who would have known that elevator ride up to the 6th floor would make us family by choice .You brought me home to meet your daughter & well I never left 😁, that’s it I would become your Mickey.
I can’t believe that you’re gone my heart is 💔 broken. You had such a big heart and always thought of others and expected nothing. I will never forget you ….. BRAT xoxoxox
