Ellison Van Name passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13th, 2022 at Richmond University Medical Center at the age of 92.
Ellison born and raised in Staten Island, he was a graduate of Port Richmond High School. Served in the United States Army and the United States Air force. Ellison was a District Deputy Grand Master of the Richmond Lodge #66 Masonry and a member of the Lemon Creek Boatsman Association. He enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling as well as bowling, riding motorcycles, tinkering with cars. He was a Mets and Giants fan too. His charities that he kept close to his heart was the Masonic home, Cancer Society and the Red Cross.
Ellison is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, as well as his 2 children, 5 step-children and 21 grandchild/great grandchildren.
